Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Darius Wojtk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Saltzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wojtk comes to the cage accompanied by Lunatic Fringe, Red Rider. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wojtk lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wojtk.
It looks like Jon Saltzman has been cut.
Saltzman shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Wojtk is trying to defend but Saltzman finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Wojtk on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wojtk tries to get out of the position.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Saltzman passes to side control.

The referee asks Saltzman politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Saltzman prefers to stall for the moment though.
Wojtk is pushing Saltzman's head away, looking to escape. Saltzman manages to hold on to the position though.

A lull in the action here as Saltzman stalls from top position.
Wojtk takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Wojtk knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Saltzman on the ground.

Saltzman lands a strong strike to the head of Wojtk. That's dazed him! Saltzman looking to finish here. Wojtk is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Saltzman lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jon Saltzman!
Jon Saltzman spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
