The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strauss misses with a lunging right hand
and Rio counters with a nice uppercut.
Rio slips a jab from Strauss.
Strauss lands with a good body shot.

Strauss dives in and scores a takedown into Rio's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Strauss drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Strauss seems to have locked his on tight now - Rio screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Strauss, as he picks up the win!
