The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lee tries to keep at a distance but Stanely has taken the fight into the clinch.
Stanely tries to pull guard but Lee won't allow it.

Lee jumps guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lee is on top in guard.
Stanely is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lee slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Stanely tries to buck Lee off but Lee is having none of it.

Lee is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Stanely knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Stanely struggling a bit here.

Lee working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Stanely is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lee is controlling him well.
Stanely is looking to reverse the position.
Lee advances nicely into full mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stanely really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee is trying to take his opponent's back.
Stanely keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Lee trying to control but Stanely is having none of it.

Lee is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Stanely has managed to escape the submission attempt.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lee wants to control the pace but Stanely is squirming around nicely.
Stanely has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Lee sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Stanely taps out!
