Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gaylord Focker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Messinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Will Messinger will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gaylord Focker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Will Messinger!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Messinger gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Focker thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Focker won't allow Messinger to get back to his feet.
Messinger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Focker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Focker postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Messinger is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Focker, into his guard.
Messinger is looking to work some ground and pound but Focker has wrist control.
Focker is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Messinger throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Focker working for a triangle but Messinger defends it easily.
Focker is breathing heavily.
Messinger stands up from Focker's guard - Messinger perhaps looking for a knockout.
A punch combination from Messinger misses.
Gaylord Focker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Focker tries to clinch but Messinger is having none of it.
Focker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Messinger is looking to improve his position.
Messinger avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Focker.
Messinger trying to control but Focker postures up.
Messinger is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Focker is staying active.
Messinger pushes Focker off and gets back to his feet.
Messinger misses with the combination.
Focker shoots for a double leg takedown but Messinger sprawls well. He's pushed Focker's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Messinger throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Focker.
Focker shoots in but Messinger avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Messinger tries to close the distance and clinch but Focker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Messinger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Focker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Focker tries to escape but Messinger is in control.
Focker throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
Focker is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Messinger off and has taken his back!
Focker working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Messinger is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Focker has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Messinger taps out!
