The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyrkki closes the distance and clinches up with Michalczewski, looking for a takedown. Nyrkki pushes Michalczewski against the cage but Michalczewski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Michalczewski pushes Nyrkki up against the cage in a clinch.
Nyrkki tries to pull guard but Michalczewski holds him up against the cage and eventually Nyrkki drops back down to his feet.
Michalczewski gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Nyrkki.
Dariusz Michalczewski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mylly Nyrkki.

Michalczewski lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Nyrkki is looking to close the distance but Michalczewski sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Nyrkki crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Nyrkki is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
