The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Putin avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Putin digs a good hook to Bacon's body.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Putin, right into the meat.
Bacon looks for a takedown but Putin sprawls well.
Bacon throws a leg kick that is checked
and Putin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bacon gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Putin counters with a good, hard body kick but Bacon shrugs it off.
Cevada Bacon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bacon looks winded!

Bacon gets tackled into the cage by Putin. Putin maintains the clinch.
Bacon can't get the takedown.
Aleksei Ljosha Putin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cevada Bacon.

Putin comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Putin lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Putin scores with a nice short uppercut.

Putin lands an elbow inside that Bacon shrugs off.
Putin digs a right hand underneath Bacon's ribcage. Bacon let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Putin pushes Bacon against the cage. Putin is working some dirty boxing. Putin pushes off with a quick right hook! Bacon goes down! Bacon tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Putin moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

After winning the bout, Aleksei Ljosha Putin thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
