Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Van Der Sluijs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fairm Taite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fairm Taite!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Der Sluijs throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Taite throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Van Der Sluijs's waist but Van Der Sluijs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Taite off to one side.
A slapping leg kick lands for Van Der Sluijs.
Van Der Sluijs fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Taite has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Taite will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No luck for Taite with that takedown attempt.
James Van Der Sluijs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fairm Taite.
Van Der Sluijs lands a body shot.
Van Der Sluijs cracks Taite with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
A decent looking cross lands there for Van Der Sluijs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Van Der Sluijs connects with a jab.
Taite shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Van Der Sluijs pinned against the cage. Van Der Sluijs gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Van Der Sluijs lands a nice looking body shot.

Van Der Sluijs bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Taite's head.
Van Der Sluijs scores with a kick to the body.
Van Der Sluijs lands a jab to the nose.
Van Der Sluijs stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Van Der Sluijs wants it to stay on the feet.
Taite gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Van Der Sluijs counters with an outside leg kick.
Taite looks winded!
Taite moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Van Der Sluijs scores with a crisp jab that stopped Taite in his tracks.
Taite is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Van Der Sluijs lands with a shot to the body.

Van Der Sluijs knocks out Taite with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Van Der Sluijs before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Van Der Sluijs picks up the big W with a huge KO!
