The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prime shoots in for a double leg but Guerrero sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

It looks like Jose Guerrero has been cut.

Guerrero drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Prime working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Guerrero doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Guerrero manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Prime has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Guerrero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Guerrero lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Guerrero slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Guerrero wants to control from the top but Prime keeps moving.
Prime tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Guerrero stands up from Prime's guard - Guerrero perhaps looking for a knockout.
Guerrero lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Prime can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Guerrero and Prime drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Guerrero.
