The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davey shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Cooter counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cooter.
Still in the clinch, Cooter scores with a nice short uppercut.
Cooter tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

It looks like Matt Davey has been cut.
Davey is trying to break the clinch but Cooter is controlling him.
Cooter looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Cooter connects with a nasty looking knee right to Davey's face.

Cooter lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Cooter comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Davey is trying to pull guard but Cooter turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Cooter lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Davey or not.
