The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn dives in and grabs Huggins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Huggins pushes down on Penn's head and hops out.
Huggins instigates a clinch.
Huggins lands a left hand that snaps the head of Penn backwards.
Huggins digs a right hand into Penn's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Penn's gas tank.
A nice left hand lands by Huggins.
Huggins lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
It looks like Jay Penn has been cut.
Penn looks winded!
Penn goes for a takedown in the clinch but Huggins prevents it.
Huggins lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Huggins lands a hook that snaps the head of Penn backwards.
Huggins lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Huggins lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Huggins lands with a short shot to the head.
A short body shot lands from Huggins as the two fighters clinch.

Penn is rocked!
Huggins creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Penn with a big uppercut! Penn tries to clinch up but Huggins pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Penn to the mat! Penn covers up and Huggins unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Chuck Huggins!
