Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wha throws a right and a left that both miss.
Batista lands with a shot to the body.
Batista throws a nice looking combination but Wha bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Batista misses with a double jab
and Wha counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Diego Batista has been cut.
Batista throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wha scores with a jab to the jaw.
The fighters circle momentarily. Wha darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wha tries to bum rush Batista with a series of wild strikes but Batista uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wha is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Wha!
Batista scores with a hook to the body. Wha takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Batista lands with a cross.
Wha missing with a left hand there. Batista was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Batista will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

No joy there for Batista, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Batista takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Wha throws out a loose jab but Batista uses good head movement to avoid it.
Batista throws a series of punches but Wha moves out of range.
Donk. Wha catches Batista right on the button with a cross.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wha cracks Batista with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Batista tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Wha pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Batista is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bleh Wha!
A relieved looking Bleh Wha thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
