Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emeka Shakur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey McFinnigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shakur's entrance music is Tatanka - Africa. A fine choice. McFinnigan has chosen My Drunken Irish Dad as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFinnigan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Shakur looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Shakur tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McFinnigan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

McFinnigan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Shakur clobbers McFinnigan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Shakur ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Shakur throws a looping overhand right but McFinnigan ducks down to avoid it.
McFinnigan takes a kick to the side of the head.
Shakur lands a jab to the head.
McFinnigan is looking to score with low kicks.
Shakur throws a leg kick but McFinnigan sees it coming and checks it nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Oh Shakur is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jeez, Emeka Shakur's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
