Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between White Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Skrisovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by I Will Return. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, White Power!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, David Skrisovsky!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skrisovsky gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Power counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Power.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Power controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Power won't allow Skrisovsky to sweep him here.
Power slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Power trying to control but Skrisovsky is working from the bottom.

White Power has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Skrisovsky blocks a low kick nicely.
Power throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Skrisovsky.

Power drives through and clinches with Skrisovsky against the cage.

Power escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Skrisovsky is defended easily by Power.

Skrisovsky looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
White Power has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Skrisovsky.

Skrisovsky tries to sprawl but Power drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Power working over Skrisovsky with some ground and pound. Skrisovsky looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Power is trying to work for a kimura but Skrisovsky is defending well.
Power is taking a breather. Skrisovsky says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Skrisovsky has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Power is working away from the top position though.

Skrisovsky is trying to stand back up but Power is controlling him

Power is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Power is trying to control. Skrisovsky wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Power thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Skrisovsky's head.
Power trying to control from half guard but Skrisovsky is working away.

Power is really struggling to control Skrisovsky but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up because White Power just wasn't active enough.

Power tries to keep at a distance but Skrisovsky has taken the fight into the clinch.
Power wants to take the fight to the mat but Skrisovsky manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Skrisovsky is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Power to keep the fight standing.
Skrisovsky wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Skrisovsky with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Skrisovsky looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Skrisovsky prevents a takedown attempt there.
Power is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Power stops a takedown attempt from Skrisovsky.
With the fighters up against the cage, Power throws an elbow but misses.
Power really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Power is trying to pull guard but Skrisovsky has him pressed against the cage.
Power wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A nice left hand lands by Skrisovsky.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Skrisovsky is trying to push Power away but Power has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Skrisovsky is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Power pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Power manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

White Power dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Power moves to clinch but Skrisovsky breaks away
and Skrisovsky counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Power shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Skrisovsky sprawls well. Skrisovsky wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Power gets slowly back to his feet.
Skrisovsky tries for a takedown but Power sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Power throws a sloppy head kick and Skrisovsky moves out of range easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Skrisovsky, as that shot connected.

Power feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Power trying to control but Skrisovsky is working from the bottom.

Skrisovsky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Power defends well.
Skrisovsky tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Skrisovsky has a closed guard, preventing Power from standing up.
Power preventing the sweep.
Power is looking to stand up but Skrisovsky won't let him.
Skrisovsky wants to sweep but no luck.
Skrisovsky really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Power. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Power wants to stand but Skrisovsky has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Power pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Skrisovsky is keeping the position for now.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Skrisovsky trying to keep a closed guard but Power is proving a slippery customer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Power throws a body kick that misses.
Skrisovsky throws a sloppy head kick and Power moves out of range easily.
Skrisovsky shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Power but Power pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Skrisovsky is breathing heavily.
Power avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Skrisovsky clinches with his opponent.
Skrisovsky gets underhooks to prevent Power's takedown attempt.
Power misses with a punch on the inside.

Power's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Skrisovsky bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Power is looking to reverse the position.
Skrisovsky misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Skrisovsky wants to take a breather but Power manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Skrisovsky.
Power wants to stand up but Skrisovsky is controlling him.

Power looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Power is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Skrisovsky tries to kick Power off but Power keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Skrisovsky trying to control but Power postures up.
Skrisovsky tries to roll over but Power keeps him under control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Skrisovsky moves into full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but David Skrisovsky will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Power circles away from the clinch attempt.
Power shoots in looking for a takedown but Skrisovsky manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Power's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A head kick misses from Power.

Power moves into range and clinches up with Skrisovsky.

Power successfully pulls guard.
Power seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Power throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Power keeping moving, preventing Skrisovsky from controlling successfully.
Skrisovsky passes Power's left leg - he's now in half guard.
White Power overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Skrisovsky wants to work for an arm triangle but Power is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Skrisovsky is controlling the pace.
Power works his way to full guard. Good work.
Skrisovsky trying to control the position from guard on top but Power is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Power wants to sweep but no luck.

Power not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Skrisovsky looking to pass the guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Skrisovsky is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Skrisovsky trying to control but Power is working from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. David Skrisovsky was stalling too much, according to the referee.

and Power counters with a shoot takedown. Skrisovsky fights it but they end up in guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Power wants to get up but he can't break Skrisovsky's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Skrisovsky is striking off his back. Power thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Power is just content to waste time from the top position. Skrisovsky takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Skrisovsky controls Power momentarily but Power frees himself.

Skrisovsky can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Power controls the pace.
Power trying to control the position from guard on top but Skrisovsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref stands the fighters back up because White Power just wasn't active enough.
Skrisovsky tries for a takedown but Power sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Power looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Power looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

And that's the end of the fight!
White Power showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Power has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
