Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damian Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitchell Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drake's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, War is my Destiny. Monroe is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Am I A Psycho - Tech N9ne feat. B.O.B. & Hopsin. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monroe misses with the combination.
Drake lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Drake.
Drake lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Monroe at a distance.

Drake will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Drake wants to stand but Monroe is controlling the position.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Damian Drake will probably get the nod.

Drake clinches up with Monroe and pushes him back against the cage.

Drake drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Monroe gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Drake's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Monroe lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Drake quite badly. Drake pulls Monroe in close trying to recover. Monroe postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Drake on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Drake doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
