The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder lands a front kick.

The fighters circling - Thunder throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Thunder.
Thunder misses with a looping right.

Thunder swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mccoy.
Denton Thunder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Thunder dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mccoy. That did some damage!

Mccoy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mccoy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

and Mccoy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Thunder won't be happy with that.
This has been an exciting period of action!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Thunder is trying to improve his position.

It looks like Denton Thunder has been cut.
Mccoy wants to stand but Thunder is controlling his arm.
