The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rieger has a takedown stuffed.
Rieger shoots in but Pinto avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Pinto jumps guard but Rieger turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Rieger manages to escape and get back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Powl Rieger will probably get the nod.

Rieger gets control of Pinto's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rieger will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Rieger lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pinto!

Pinto walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Pinto fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rieger avoids it really well and circles away.

Pinto really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rieger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
