The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammarbekk throws a wild body kick that Rachstakk sees coming a mile off.
Hammarbekk fails in his attempt to clinch.
Rachstakk avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hammarbekk throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Oooh a lovely combination from Hammarbekk sends Rachstakk down but not out. Hammarbekk dives into side control looking to finish.

Rachstakk is rocked!
Hammarbekk in side control, throwing shots but Rachstakk defends.
Rachstakk is still in real trouble! Can Hammarbekk finish him?
An elbow from Hammarbekk crashes against the mat.
Rachstakk is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Rachstakk makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Rachstakk.

Rachstakk escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hammarbekk gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hammarbekk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hammarbekk working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Rachstakk seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Rachstakk has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hammarbekk doesn't defend quickly enough and Rachstakk has managed to lock this one up! Can Hammarbekk escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rachstakk on a fantastic submission victory.
