Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mon Lisondra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Huges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lisondra comes into the arena with Down with the Sickness blaring out of the sound system. Mon Lisondra could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jordan Huges's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Huges tries to sprawl but Lisondra drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Lisondra scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Huges looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Lisondra uses his free foot to push down on Huges's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Huges.
Lisondra postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Huges looks a forlorn figure.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lisondra cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Huges can do anything to dispel that myth.
Lisondra is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
Lisondra can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Huges is looking to escape.
Lisondra could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Lisondra is landing with some decent strikes but Huges is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Lisondra is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Huges to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Huges shrugs it off.

Lisondra working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Huges turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Lisondra off and cradles Huges's limp body as Lisondra celebrates with his corner.
