Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Coe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stirling Moloch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jon Coe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stirling Moloch!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coe walks into a jab.
Moloch fails with the takedown.
Stirling Moloch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moloch slips a jab and a cross from Coe.
Coe takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Moloch paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Moloch connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Moloch should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Moloch looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Moloch throwing shots but Coe is blocking nicely.
Coe wants to control but Moloch is keeping busy.
Moloch tries to pass the half guard into mount. Coe knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Moloch throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Coe tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Coe is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Moloch's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Moloch's back!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Will Coe go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Moloch rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Moloch looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Moloch wants to improve his position but Coe is controlling well.
Moloch has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Moloch trying to control but Coe postures up.
Moloch is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Moloch jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Coe misses with a hook.
Moloch lands with an uppercut that bounces Coe off the cage and back into rage.
Coe avoids the body shot from Moloch.
A head kick from Moloch lands but Coe takes it in his stride.


It looks like Jon Coe has been cut.
Coe slips under a jab from Moloch.
Moloch has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Coe swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Moloch looks to land a body kick but Coe moved away.
Moloch shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Coe pinned against the cage. Coe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A telegraphed right hand from Moloch misses the target.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Moloch drives through with a takedown into guard.
Coe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Moloch wants to pass the guard but Coe is keeping the position.
Coe looking to hit a scissor sweep but Moloch is one step ahead there.

Coe looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Coe is breathing heavily.
Moloch working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Moloch drops back looking for a leg! Coe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Coe manages to kick Moloch off! Moloch jumps back into Coe's guard.
Coe keeping moving, preventing Moloch from controlling successfully.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Moloch pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Coe is keeping the position for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Coe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Moloch is fending him off so far but Coe persists. Nope, Moloch circles away and we're back to standing.
Moloch lands a head kick. Coe smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Moloch moves into range and connects with a jab.
Moloch lands a body shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Moloch scores with a push kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Some wild striking there from Moloch.
A left lands for Moloch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stirling Moloch dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jon Coe's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


A decent looking cross lands there for Moloch.
Moloch looks to throw the jab but Coe is out of range.
Moloch lands a head shot.


Coe is rocked!
Moloch fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Coe to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Coe looks to clinch but Moloch throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Coe taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Stirling Moloch!
