The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Powers with that takedown attempt.
Powers looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Attasio is fending him off so far but Powers persists. Nope, Attasio circles away and we're back to standing.
Powers takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Attasio comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Powers is breathing heavily.
Attasio feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Powerss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

It looks like Matt Powers has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Powers takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Attasio lands a left and a right that send Powers crashing to the mat, dazed. Attasio thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Powers is rocked!
Attasio thuds his shin into the meat of Powers's side.
Oh Powers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Attasio circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Powers tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Attasio wins by KO!
