The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De La Rue fails with an attempt to clinch.

Manderlin shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches De La Rue napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

De La Rue is working to avoid the ground and pound but Manderlin connects with a decent elbow.
