The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Karlsson circles away.
Silva tries for a takedown but Karlsson circles away easily
and Karlsson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Rafael Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Karlsson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Silva tries to bum rush Karlsson with a series of wild strikes but Karlsson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
