The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macarenco connects with a body shot.
Swarowski looks for a takedown but Macarenco sprawls well.
Swarowski takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Swarowski avoids a punch combination nicely.
Swarowski fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Juninho Macarenco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Macarenco looks to land a combination. Swarowski sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Swarowski misses with a shot to the body
enabling Macarenco to counter with a crisp jab.
Swarowski lands with a hook. Macarenco tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Macarenco feints a jab promting Swarowski to slip. Macarenco then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Swarowski slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like David Swarowski has been cut.

Macarenco uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Swarowski throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Macarenco sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Macarenco lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The fighters circling - Macarenco throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Macarenco scores with a shot to the body.
Swarowski connects with a body shot that sends Macarenco's belly button to the back.
Swarowski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Macarenco misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Swarowski.

Swarowski tries to score with a low kick but Macarenco moves his leg out of the way.
Macarenco works Swarowski's body with a nice hook.
Macarenco displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Swarowski throws out the jab.
Macarenco is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Swarowski takes a swing at Macarenco's ribcage but misses.
Swarowski takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A slow jab from Swarowski misses its intended target.
Macarenco stuffs the takedown attempt from Swarowski. Swarowski gets slowly back to his feet.
Juninho Macarenco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Swarowski.
Swarowski tries to close the distance and clinch but Macarenco swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Macarenco knocks Swarowski out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
