Micheals has chosen Bulls On Parade as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marc Munoz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Micheals!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Micheals throws a head kick that misses

and Munoz counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Munoz throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Micheals tries to kick Munoz off but Munoz keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Munoz seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Micheals is refusing to be controlled, as Munoz sits in half guard.
Micheals really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Munoz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Marc Munoz wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Munoz looks for a takedown but Micheals sprawls well.

Munoz slips a jab and a cross from Micheals.
Mike Micheals is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Munoz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Micheals to the mat! Micheals manages to get full guard.
Munoz stays in close to Micheals's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Micheals is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Marc Munoz.

Munoz is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Micheals's half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Micheals can do anything to dispel that myth.

Munoz is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Micheals has managed to free his arm - good work.
Micheals is trying to stand up here but Munoz is controlling him well.
Munoz thows a huge punch but Micheals dodges it nicely.

Marc Munoz has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Micheals tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Micheals misses with a series of wild punches.
Munoz looks to land a combination but Micheals avoids it well.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Micheals throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Munoz shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Micheals defends it nicely.
Munoz avoids the head kick by Micheals.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Munoz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Munoz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Micheals sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Munoz somewhat.
Munoz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Munoz.

Micheals lands a big head kick that sends Munoz tumbling to the mat! Micheals takes a step backwards and waves Munoz back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Munoz is rocked!


It looks like Marc Munoz has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Munoz tries to clinch up.
Oh Munoz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Munoz lands a nice hook to Micheals's body. Micheals takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Micheals looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Micheals backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Munoz's temple! It sends Munoz violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Micheals celebrates and the doctors try to help Munoz!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Mike Micheals!
After winning the bout, Mike Micheals thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
