Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Butrovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Don't You Give Your Love Away . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a left hand
and Butrovic counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Brown fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Butrovic to the ground. Brown is now in Butrovic's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Butrovic is trying to control the position but Brown postures up.

Brown is nestled in close to Butrovic, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
