Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anton Sarus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rendo madgwick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sarus's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, T.I. - What Up, What's Happenin. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that rendo madgwick was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Sarus slams his shin into madgwick's torso.
Nice takedown defense from Sarus. No joy for madgwick on that attempt.
madgwick swats away the attempt to clinch by Sarus.

Sarus gets caught flat footed, as madgwick shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
madgwick is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
madgwick looking to pass the guard.

madgwick drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and madgwick jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

madgwick is working for a kimura but Sarus is defending it quite comfortably.

madgwick is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

madgwick wants to free his trapped foot but Sarus is holding on for dear life with his legs.

madgwick is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sarus doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time madgwick.
madgwick is pressing down on Sarus's thigh, looking to free his foot. Sarus is holding on for now.

madgwick seems to be looking for submissions.

madgwick tries to pass to full mount but Sarus defends it.
madgwick works his foot free and advances to mount.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
madgwick goes for an armbar but Sarus turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Sarus.
Sarus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for madgwick on the ground.
Sarus not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Sarus wanted to stand there but madgwick had control of the position.

madgwick working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sarus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sarus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sarus wants to control from the top but madgwick keeps moving.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

madgwick looking for a triangle here. Sarus is fighting it but it looks tight! madgwick pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Sarus is tapping out - this one is all over!
