Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Event Horizon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Jimmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horizon stuffs the takedown attempt from Jimmo. Jimmo gets slowly back to his feet.
Jimmo shoots in but Horizon avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Horizon counters by moving into the clinch.
Event Horizon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Jimmo.
Horizon will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jimmo up against the cage.
Jimmo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Horizon walks away with a smile on his face. Jimmo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
James Jimmo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jimmo is trying to drag Horizon to the mat but Horizon just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Jimmo checks a leg kick.

Horizon throws a solid leg kick but Jimmo takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Horizon.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Event Horizon.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Horizon, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
