The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okninski gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hill counters with a nice kick to the body.
Hill pushes Okninski away with a front kick.
Hill scores with a spinning back kick!
Okninski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Okninski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hill's waist but Hill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Okninski off to one side.
Jordan Hill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miras Okninski.

Okninski shoots in looking for a takedown but Hill manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Okninski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Okninski shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hill as he jumps to the side.
Okninski has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hill finds it's way round the side to connect with Okninski's head.

Hill moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Okninski shoots in looking for a takedown. Hill tries to sprawl out of it but Okninski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
