Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Warwick Martigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chong Zhu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Zhu's choice of entrance music: Meet Gazoo. Warwick Martigan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Chong Zhu's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Warwick Martigan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chong Zhu!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhu connects with an inside leg kick.
Zhu is looking to clinch.
Some wild striking there from Martigan.
Martigan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zhu swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Martigan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zhu.

A frustrated look appears on Martigan's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Martigan is trying to force a seperation but Zhu has the dominant position.

Zhu scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Martigan doesn't seem bothered though.

Good leg kick by Zhu there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Martigan lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Zhu has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Zhu and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
