Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hjalti Eyj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimbo Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Eyj might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I'm Sexy and I Know It. Junior has chosen can't be touched as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimbo Junior!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Eyj uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Junior.
Eyj dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Junior. That did some damage!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Eyj.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Junior is looking for a sweep.
Eyj is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Junior is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Eyj in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Junior tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Eyj wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Eyj uses his free foot to push down on Junior's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Junior.

Eyj fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Junior to the ground. Eyj is now in Junior's guard.
Eyj is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Junior can do to turn this around?

Eyj seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Junior for as long as he can get away with.
