The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viulu wants to clinch up but Obuch keeps it at a distance.
Viulu moves in looking to clinch but Obuch pushes him off.
Obuch tries a head kick but it misses.
Viulu fails with an attempt to clinch.
Viulu lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Obuch at a distance.

Viulu moves into the clinch.
Obuch blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Viulu misses with a hook to the ribs.

Obuch's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Obuch thows a body shot but no joy.
Viulu takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Obuch ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Viulu moves away.
Viulu doesn't manage to clinch there - Obuch circles away.
Viulu tries to clinch but Obuch moves out of range.
Viulu is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Viulu darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Obuch gets tackled into the cage by Viulu. Viulu maintains the clinch.
Obuch tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Viulu avoids it.
Obuch is looking to control Viulu's arms but Viulu gets an underhook and turns him. Now Obuch has his back to the cage.
Viulu stalling in the clinch.
Viulu tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Obuch's elbow.
Obuch tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Viulu creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

A nice right hand lands inside from Viulu.
Viulu misses with a punch on the inside.
A head punch on the inside from Viulu fails to land.
Obuch tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Viulu blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Obuch tries a body shot but Viulu blocks it.
Viulu prevents the takedown attempt.
Viulu swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Viulu lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Viulu.

Obuch breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Viulu avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Luu Viulu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters circling a little - Obuch finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Obuch takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Viulu connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Obuch tumbling to the canvas! Viulu pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Obuch was done - good stoppage!
