Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Turris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ankur Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan has chosen "Liquid Grave" by Kryptos as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Turris finds it's way through Khan's defenses.

Khan throws a chopping leg kick but Turris manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Turris uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Khan has time to react.

Kyle Turris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Khan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Turris sprawls well. Turris wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Khan gets slowly back to his feet.

Khan is trying desperately to land a takedown but Turris is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Khan.
Khan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Turris sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Khan somewhat.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Turris, as that shot connected.
Turris throws a hook to the side of Khan's head but Khan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Khan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Turris's waist but Turris gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Khan off to one side.
Turris lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Turris looks to land a right hand but Khan moved out of range.

Khan does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Khan walks straight into a right hand from Turris - that's dropped him! Turris jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Khan from any more punishment! Khan complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
