The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosby pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oprah Cosby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cosby doesn't manage to clinch there - Myrsky circles away.
Myrsky throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cosby tries to close the distance and clinch up but Myrsky swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Myrsky uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cosby.
Cosby lands a leg kick that knocks Myrsky off balance momentarily.
Cosby darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Jaakoppi Myrsky has been cut.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Cosby.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Cosby enables Myrsky to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cosby manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jaakoppi Myrsky decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
