Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between XyD ZyD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joshua Shouse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, XyD ZyD!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joshua Shouse !
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shouse has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from ZyD.
Shouse shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. ZyD defends it nicely.
Shouse shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has ZyD pinned against the cage. ZyD gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Shouse stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from ZyD.
ZyD swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Shouse .
The crowd cheers as ZyD lands an impressive looking overhand right. Shouse doesn't seem phased though.

Shouse is rocked!
Shouse shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts ZyD as he jumps to the side.
XyD ZyD has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joshua Shouse .
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
ZyD tries to clinch there but Shouse circles away.
ZyD connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Shouse is still on wobbly legs! Can ZyD finish him?
ZyD misses the shot to the body.
ZyD fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shouse on the side of the head.
A head kick misses from ZyD.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Shouse looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Horrible takedown by Shouse or perhaps it was just good defense by ZyD which made him look bad.
ZyD lands with a nice body kick.
Shouse seems to have recovered his senses.
ZyD throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Shouse on the side of the head.
XyD ZyD is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
ZyD throws a sloppy head kick and Shouse moves out of range easily.

ZyD sends Shouse crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! ZyD is motioning to the referee to let Shouse up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shouse wants to clinch.
ZyD leaves Shouse with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
ZyD delivers a nice body kick.
Shouse looks winded!
ZyD jabs Shouse to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Shouse is trying desperately to land a takedown but ZyD is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Shouse .

That's two minutes gone in the round.
ZyD fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Shouse .
ZyD connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

ZyD sends Shouse crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! ZyD is motioning to the referee to let Shouse up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
ZyD lands a nice looking body shot.
Shouse wants to clinch up but ZyD keeps it at a distance.
ZyD finds Shouse 's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Shouse flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. ZyD lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Shouse will be OK.
