Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guljigit Asanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emmanuel Kuntz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuntz is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asanov moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Some wild striking there from Asanov.
Asanov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kuntz manages to avoid it.
Asanov scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Asanov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Asanov.

The fighters circling - Kuntz throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Asanov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Asanov lands a nice hook to Kuntz's body. Kuntz takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Asanov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Asanov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kuntz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Asanov just misses with a punch to the body.
Kuntz is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Asanov.

It looks like Emmanuel Kuntz has been cut.

Asanov fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Asanov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kuntz circles away quickly and effectively.

Asanov catches Kuntz with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Asanov is looking to wear down Kuntz with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Asanov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Asanov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kuntz circles away quickly and effectively.

Asanov connects with a solid leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Asanov. Kuntz does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Asanov makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Asanov misses with a double jab.
Kuntz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Asanov. That snapped Kuntz's head back.
Asanov connects with a body shot.

Asanov lands a left and a right that send Kuntz crashing to the mat, dazed. Asanov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

OH! Kuntz has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Asanov smells blood and charges in for the finish! Asanov unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Kuntz sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

A less than humble Guljigit Asanov misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
