The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramone shoots in but no luck this time.
Ramone closes the distance and clinches up with Lazovich, looking for a takedown. Ramone pushes Lazovich against the cage but Lazovich circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ramone shoots in for a takedown but Lazovich shows good takedown defense.
Darko Lazovich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Simon Ramone.
Ramone tries to keep at a distance but Lazovich has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ramone can't get the takedown.
Ramone tries to score a body lock takedown but Lazovich shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Ramone tries to pull guard but Lazovich forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Lazovich leaves Ramone with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ramone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lazovich swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Ramone wants to stand but Lazovich has his arm trapped.

Lazovich is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ramone off and has taken his back!
