The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ioane circles away.
Moore throws a front kick aimed at Ioane's knee but Ioane avoids it well.
Moore closes the distance and clinches up with Ioane, looking for a takedown. Moore pushes Ioane against the cage but Ioane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Moore throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ioane's waist but Ioane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Moore off to one side.

Ioane thuds his right hand into Moore's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Moore is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ioane is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Moore.

Moore will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
