Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kim Young Soo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarkko Ruutu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young Soo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is A Countryboy can survive. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Ruutu or perhaps it was just good defense by Young Soo which made him look bad.
Ruutu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Young Soo pinned against the cage. Young Soo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Ruutu is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Young Soo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ruutu goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Young Soo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Ruutu but great work by Young Soo.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
