Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jarkko Kulmala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samba Mamba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jarkko Kulmala!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Samba Mamba!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Mamba checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Mamba looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Kulmala is looking for a triangle but Mamba pushes his legs off easily.
Mamba working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kulmala's head.

Mamba wants to control from the top but Kulmala keeps moving.

Kulmala throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Mamba escapes and throws Kulmala's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Mamba looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Mamba stands up and beckons Kulmala to his feet.

Mamba gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Kulmala breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kulmala shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Mamba counters with a shoot takedown. Kulmala fights it but they end up in guard.
Kulmala manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mamba is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Mamba gets back to half guard.
Mamba moves into full guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Mamba is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mamba wants to sweep here but Kulmala controlling him for the moment.
Mamba looks gassed!
Mamba bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kulmala's guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kulmala escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mamba gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Kulmala looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Mamba puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Kulmala is not content to let Mamba control the position.
Mamba moves into full mount! Kulmala won't be happy about that!

Kulmala defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Mamba.
Kulmala is trying to get to the ropes to help him get back to his feet.
Mamba pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Mamba working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Kulmala turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Mamba off and cradles Kulmala's limp body as Mamba celebrates with his corner.
