Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dutch Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Lemieux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haze comes to the cage accompanied by i stand alone. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lemieux's choice of entrance music: Sliwa. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ron Lemieux enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haze darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Lemieux is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lemieux is pressing down on Haze 's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lemieux has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Haze can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Haze throws a big right hand that misses.

Haze got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lemieux has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Haze has managed to get both his arms back between Lemieux's legs - danger averted.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Haze accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lemieux is looking to sinch up a triangle. Haze throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Lemieux's body to avoid the submission. Lemieux has instead reached around Haze 's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Lemieux arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

An out of breath Ron Lemieux thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
