Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Bova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muay Thai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thai is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Deadly Muay Thai Skills. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anthony Bova!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
17 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Muay Thai!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A leg kick checked by Thai.
Bova will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Thai tries to clinch but Bova moves away
and Bova decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Thai's guard.
Thai striking off his back but it's not causing Bova any problems.
Thai is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bova is controlling him.
Bova trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Thai wants to stand but Bova is controlling the position.
Thai keeping moving, preventing Bova from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Anthony Bova.
Bova misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thai is looking to clinch but Bova is avoiding it.
Thai tries to close the distance and clinch but Bova swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bova shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thai sprawls well. Thai wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bova gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Bova. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Thai gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Thai looks to clinch
and Bova counters with a one-two to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Thai tries to clinch up but Bova circles away and keeps his distance.
Muay Thai is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Thai is looking to clinch.
Thai lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bova throws a series of punches but Thai moves out of range.
Thai motions for Bova to come forward. Thai throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bova is looking to chop away at Thai's legs.
Bova misses with a shot to the body
and Thai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Thai looks to clinch
and Bova counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Thai down! Bova is looking to finish but Thai is intelligently defending himself.
Thai is rocked!
Bova postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Thai covers up, he's hurt! Bova keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Bova and the ref steps in to end the fight! Bova can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anthony Bova!
