Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vasiliy Khrapov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khrapov has chosen Rocky road to Dublin (RUS) as his entrance music. Vasiliy Khrapov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Khrapov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Khrapov looks to land a left hand but Martinez moved out of range nicely.
Khrapov throws the left hand but Martinez avoids the punch easily.
Martinez feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Khrapov's calf.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Martinez passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Martinez works to advance to full mount. Khrapov defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Khrapov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martinez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Martinez is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Khrapov has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Martinez looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Martinez postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Khrapov looks a forlorn figure.
Martinez looking to control but Khrapov is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Martinez lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Martinez is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Martinez extends the arm and Khrapov is forced to tap!
