Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roman Vondracek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Parcaut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parcaut is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Maniac. Roman Vondracek has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roman Vondracek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ralph Parcaut!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parcaut misses with a takedown attempt - Vondracek sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Parcaut tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vondracek sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Parcaut somewhat.
No luck for Parcaut with that takedown attempt.
Roman Vondracek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ralph Parcaut.
Vondracek throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Vondracek lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Parcaut avoids a punch combination nicely.
Vondracek lands with a straight right. Parcaut didn't see that one coming.
Vondracek throws a left and a right that both miss
and Parcaut counters with a nice uppercut.
Parcaut takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Parcaut walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Parcaut shoots in for a takedown but Vondracek shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Parcaut shoots in but Vondracek avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Vondracek lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Parcaut sprawling to the canvas. Vondracek follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Parcaut hang on?


Parcaut is rocked!
Vondracek working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Parcaut is still in real trouble! Can Vondracek finish him?

That's one minute gone in the round.
Parcaut keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Parcaut seems to have recovered his senses.
Vondracek trying to mount his opponent but Parcaut defends it.
Parcaut is not content to let Vondracek control the position.
Vondracek thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Vondracek not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Vondracek is just content to waste time from the top position. Parcaut takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Parcaut preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Vondracek throws a big elbow that misses.
Vondracek throwing strikes from guard but Parcaut blocks nicely.
Parcaut keeping moving, preventing Vondracek from controlling successfully.
Vondracek showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Parcaut is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vondracek looking to sit in guard and control but Parcaut gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vondracek manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Parcaut manages to get himself to full guard.
Vondracek trying to control but Parcaut is working from the bottom.
Vondracek is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Parcaut is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Vondracek engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Roman Vondracek.
Vondracek lunges at Parcaut with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Parcaut's hand.
Vondracek stuns Parcaut with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Donk. Vondracek catches Parcaut right on the button with a cross.
A punch combination from Vondracek misses.
Parcaut is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Vondracek.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vondracek scores with a crisp jab that stopped Parcaut in his tracks.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Parcaut throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Vondracek scores with a shot to the body.
Vondracek lands with a right hand.
Ralph Parcaut seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vondracek leaves Parcaut with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Roman Vondracek dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Vondracek staying out of range there.
A chopping leg kick lands by Vondracek.
Vondracek bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Parcaut's head backwards.
Vondracek scores with a shot to the body.
Roman Vondracek is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Vondracek's jab looks to have found its range, popping Parcaut under the eye.
Vondracek throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Parcaut is trying desperately to land a takedown but Vondracek is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Parcaut.
Parcaut shoots in for a double leg but Vondracek sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Parcaut shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Vondracek counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Parcaut thinking.
Parcaut walks into a straight right hand from Vondracek.
Parcaut backs away from a small jab... but Vondracek lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Parcaut crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Vondracek with a spectacular finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Roman Vondracek!
A relieved looking Roman Vondracek thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
