Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Erick Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Raisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Erick Murphy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Raisi!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Raisi counters with a single leg into guard. Murphy didn't expect that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Raisi loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Murphy wants to get up but he can't break Raisi's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Raisi has his foot on Murphy's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Murphy works his way back into a safe position though.

Murphy stands and steps away. Raisi gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Raisi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Raisi lands in his opponent's guard.

Raisi is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Raisi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Murphy throws out the jab.

Murphy is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Raisi's corner calls for a 1-2. Raisi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Murphy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Raisi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Raisi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Murphy throws a shot from downtown. Raisi moves away and avoids it.
Murphy looks to throw the jab but Raisi is out of range.
