Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Mbugua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida comes into the arena with Lyoto Machida blaring out of the sound system. Machida has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Mbugua checks a leg kick.

Mbugua sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Machida to the ground! Mbugua dives into full mount looking to finish!
Machida tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Mbugua takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Mbugua can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Machida is looking to escape.
