The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svoboda uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Spike.
Svoboda looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Good shot there by Spike.
It looks like Pavel Svoboda has been cut.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Svoboda.
Spike throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Spike pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Svoboda throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Spike's waist but Spike gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Svoboda off to one side.
A bone on bone clash there as Svoboda blocks the leg kick.
Svoboda misses with a takedown
and Spike counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Svoboda!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Spike is trying to get an arm triangle but Svoboda is defending well.
Spike tries to move into full mount but can't pass Svoboda's legs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Spike advances nicely into full mount.
A nice elbow there by Spike.
Svoboda is rocked!
Svoboda is in a horrible position here. Spike smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Svoboda is still in real trouble! Can Spike finish him?
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Spike! Svoboda is out cold! This one is all over!
