Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Camilo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pitagoras Euclides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Camilo's entrance music is Time. A fine choice. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pitagoras Euclides was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tiago Camilo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pitagoras Euclides!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Euclides checks a leg kick.

Camilo closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Euclides quickly recovers to half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Euclides has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Camilo has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Euclides doesn't have the hooks in and Camilo manages to turn into his guard.
Camilo stands up over Euclides, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Camilo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Camilo throws a chopping leg kick but Euclides manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Pitagoras Euclides seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Camilo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tiago Camilo.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Camilo, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
