The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith Weston shoots in looking for a takedown. Ovaska tries to sprawl out of it but Smith Weston keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ovaska manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Smith Weston tries to clinch but Ovaska is having none of it.
Ovaska defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Smith Weston.

Smith Weston fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kimo Ovaska has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christopher Michael Smith Weston.

Kimo Ovaska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Ovaska has knocked Smith Weston down with a huge combo! Ovaska steps away and waves a wobbly Smith Weston back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Smith Weston should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Ovaska cracks Smith Weston with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ovaska has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Smith Weston to stand back up!

Ovaska plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Smith Weston to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Smith Weston just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
