Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sione Makatua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reno Raines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raines has chosen The Gambler as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makatua looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A big left from Raines misses.
Makatua lands with a nice body punch.
Nice uppercut lands for Makatua. That snapped Raines's head back.
It looks like Reno Raines has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Makatua connects with a looping right hand.
Raines moves out of range of the strikes.
Makatua misses with a straight right.
Makatua throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Raines sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Makatua tries to bum rush Raines with a series of wild strikes but Raines uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A jab from Makatua misses.
Raines bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Makatua throws a hook to the side of Raines's head but Raines sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Makatua throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Raines sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Makatua scores with the left hand. Raines knows he should have avoided that one.
Makatua is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Makatua dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Raines uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Makatua.
Makatua drops Raines with a beautiful combination! Raines stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Makatua is looking for the KO!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Raines bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Raines dodges the punch combination from Makatua.
Makatua goes for a small jab and connects. Now Makatua goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Raines stumbles back but Makatua runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Raines to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Raines will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sione Makatua!
Sione Makatua bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
