Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chael Sonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Stevens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chael Sonnen!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Stevens enables Sonnen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Stevens manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Stevens is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sonnen is aware though and is defending well.
Sonnen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stevens. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stevens has a closed guard, preventing Sonnen from standing up.
Stevens throws his legs up looking for a submission but Sonnen uses it to pass to side control.
Sonnen wants to stand but Stevens has his arm trapped.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stevens gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sonnen tries to stand but can't do so whilst Stevens controls his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sonnen wants to stand up but Stevens is controlling the position.
Sonnen wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Stevens uses the opportunity to regain full guard.
Sonnen has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stevens is proving hard to escape from.
Stevens manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Sonnen is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Stevens quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Stevens but it's paid off an Sonnen is forced to tap! Nice work by Stevens.
